This was the first case in which Mr. De Frank and Mr. Andrew Fraser collaborated, which later formed the basis of a long-term relationship.
$15 million-dollar verdict for a 29 year-old gentleman with herniated discs in his neck and back. The offer prior to trial from the client’s own underinsured motorist insurance carrier to settle was $5,000. This was highest personal injury verdict in New Jersey for a personal injury case as of July 1, 2025.
$6.0 million-dollar settlement for a 34 year-old gentleman with a traumatic brain injury after two law firms rejected the case for liability concerns.
$2.4 million-dollar verdict for 53 year-old woman with herniated discs in her back. No offer to settle prior to trial from her underinsured motorist insurance carrier.
