• $4.55 million-dollar verdict for a special needs woman who fell and broke her hip on a dance floor. No offer was made prior to trial from the insurance company and another law firm rejected the case. This was the first case in which Mr. De Frank and Mr. Andrew Fraser collaborated, which later formed the basis of a long-term relationship.
• $15 million-dollar verdict for a 29 year-old gentleman with herniated discs in his neck and back. The offer prior to trial from the client’s own underinsured motorist insurance carrier to settle was $5,000. This was highest personal injury verdict in New Jersey for a personal injury case as of July 1, 2025.
• $6.0 million-dollar settlement for a 34 year-old gentleman with a traumatic brain injury after two law firms rejected the case for liability concerns.
• $2.4 million-dollar verdict for 53 year-old woman with herniated discs in her back. No offer to settle prior to trial from her underinsured motorist insurance carrier.

Prior to forming De Frank Law Group, Peter De Frank was one of the youngest Million-dollar Advocates in the country achieving a settlement in excess of $1 million-dollars before the age of 30 for a gentleman struck as a pedestrian by a motor vehicle. Peter’s first three years of practice as an associate also included working several of the highest verdicts and settlements of 2009 forming the foundation of his civil trial practice and trial strategies.
