Andrew A. Fraser brings more than 30 years of experience litigating complex personal injury cases, with a special focus on claims involving permanent physical and psychological harm. Over his distinguished career, he has secured dozens of million-dollar and multi-million-dollar verdicts, including both the largest auto personal injury verdict and the largest products liability verdict in New Jersey—achieved in the same year.

Andrew has also built a national reputation for handling catastrophic elevator failure cases, earning verdicts of $2 million (Federal Court, Nevada), $3.98 million, and $8.1 million (New Jersey). His trial work has led to significant industry recognition, including induction into The New Jersey Law Journal’s Hall of Fame for Personal Injury.

Consistently recognized for his excellence, Andrew has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list every year since 2006, included in Best Lawyers in America since 2019, and honored as Plaintiff Lawyer of the Year in 2021 for personal injury litigation. He is a member of the International Society of Barristers and was selected by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the U.S.

Beyond the courtroom, Andrew is dedicated to advancing the legal profession and his community. He is a member and former Board Member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, a frequent lecturer for NJAJ, AAJ, and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and serves as Board of Trustees President for Hilltop Country Day School. He is also a former Board Member for the Department for Persons with Disabilities.
